Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a membership, signing a contract, entering the facility, or using any services provided by RORC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein.

This agreement applies to all members, open gym participants, renters, guests, and guardians of minors.

2. Membership Options & Fees

Membership Types

• Family Membership – $20 per month
• Individual Membership – $20 per month
• Weight Room Only – $10 per month

A $2 key card fee applies at sign-up.

Memberships automatically renew monthly.

Membership fees are non-refundable.

3. Family Membership Definition

A Family Membership covers members of a single household and is limited to two (2) adults (age 18+) plus minor children (under 18) residing at the same primary address.

Additional adults residing in the same household may be added to a Family Membership only with approval from RORC management and are subject to an additional $15 monthly fee per adult.

RORC reserves the right to verify household residency and deny or revoke additional adult access if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Payment & Delinquency Policy

Membership fees are billed monthly and are due on the renewal date associated with the member’s account.

If payment is more than fourteen (14) days past due, the membership will be automatically canceled and all access privileges immediately revoked. This includes independent entry, open gym participation, guest entry, and signing in under another member. Access will not be restored until all outstanding balances are paid in full and a $20 reinstatement fee is applied.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to nonpayment.

5. Account & Contact Information Requirements

All memberships require a valid and active email address and phone number on file at all times. Contact information must be unique to the individual account holder and may not be duplicated across independent accounts.

Failure to maintain valid and active contact information renders the membership inactive and invalid. Inactive accounts may not access the facility or use any facility systems.

6. Additional Charges & Optional Services

The following services may incur additional charges:

• WiFi Subscription – $5 per month
• Heater Use – $13 per hour (must be logged in system)
• Guest Entry – $0.25 per guest per day (billed monthly)
• Private Rental – $10 per hour
• Non-Private Rental – $5 per hour
• Reinstatement Fee – $20

Improper heater use may result in a $50 penalty.

A $5 fee will be associated with all incorrect use of group pay.

All charges are automatically billed to the member’s account.

7. Facility Access & Key Card Use

• Every individual entering the facility must sign in and sign out.
• Each independent user must complete their own contract.
• Members must swipe their own key card upon entry.
• Unauthorized entry or misuse of access privileges may result in termination.

Open Gym Nights

• Tuesday 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Family Open Gym)
• Thursday 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Adult Open Gym)

The facility is generally open 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, unless closed for maintenance or private events.

8. Independent Access & Minor Policy

Individuals aged 13 or older who intend to access the facility independently must complete their own individual contract and maintain an active membership in good standing.

Children under the age of 13 may have a sign-in account for attendance tracking but must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may not access the facility independently.

Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for all minors associated with their membership.

9. Guest Policy

• Guests must be signed in under the member’s account.
• Guest fees are billed automatically at $0.25 per person per day.
• Guests may not be left unattended.
• Members are financially responsible for their guests.

10. Heating System Policy

Heater use must be activated through the official application.

The thermostat may not be manually adjusted.

Improper use, unauthorized billing to another account, or tampering may result in:

• $50 penalty
• Membership suspension
• Immediate termination

11. Rules & Conduct

Members agree to:

• Wear closed-toe, non-marking athletic shoes
• Clean equipment after use
• Return all equipment to its designated location
• Maintain cleanliness and sweep before leaving
• Respect other members

Prohibited activities include:

• Climbing on structures
• Skateboards, bikes, rollerblades on gym floor
• Smoking or alcohol
• Leaving doors unsecured
• Misuse of facility equipment

Failure to follow rules may result in suspension or termination.

12. Liability Waiver

Use of the facility involves inherent risks.

By using RORC facilities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

RORC and Bly Community Action Team shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, loss of personal property, or incidents occurring on premises.

Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for minors.

13. Surveillance & Security

The facility uses interior security cameras for safety, operational monitoring, and security.

Footage may be reviewed in cases of:

• Security incidents
• Property damage
• Rule violations

All systems are secured to protect member privacy.

14. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated for:

• Breach of contract
• Failure to sign in/out
• Leaving facility unsecured
• Improper heater use
• Rule violations

Serious violations may result in immediate termination without warning.

No refunds are issued for terminated memberships.

Reinstatement, if permitted, requires a $20 reinstatement fee and is at management discretion.

Unauthorized entry after termination may result in legal action.

15. Private Events & Insurance

Private event renters may be required to obtain insurance coverage naming Bly Community Action Team Inc. as additional insured with minimum coverage of $2,000,000 when applicable.

16. Communications & Policy Changes

Members agree to receive communications via:

• Email
• Text message
• Website updates
• Application notifications

It is the member’s responsibility to remain informed.

RORC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
